Our Farm
Foxfire is a phenomena where bioluminscent light glows faintly in the forest, but it’s almost forgotten in the modern world due to light pollution.
Our symbol is the cross of two arrows, the Cherokee symbol for two tribes coming together — just like our families. We’ve learned a lot, made quite a few mistakes and are mostly just excited to let everyone come experience what we’ve built. Our own little foxes, Patterson, Rhea, Monroe & Jack explore and get excited each time we enter Foxfire Hollow and we can’t wait for your family to come join the fun!

Our Story
With little kids and busy lives in Nashville’s 12 South neighborhood, our two families found ourselves spending a lot of time together. One night at a backyard dinner, the topic drifted to how we’d all in our own ways been dreaming of doing something new, something with our hands, and something we could build for the community.
So the idea for Foxfire Hollow was hatched in a springtime backyard by a pediatrician, early learning expert, mental health PA and an entertainment marketer.
Over the coming months, we acquired our beautiful farm just 30 minutes outside of town in the River Road section of Ashland City, we bought a tractor and began learning how to farm wildflowers.
